Outbound emails

Level 2

Can you advise what to do as I cant send emails

I get the following prompt using Outlook:

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

            554 5.7.1 [TPG-S02] [15HAaS2e017358] Message rejected as it appears to be spam. Use SMTP AUTH, PostOffice, or contact the Postmaster Team <postmaster@tpg.com.au>

When I use Thunderbird I get:

Sending of the message failed.
Failed due to unexpected error 80004005. No description is available.
The message could not be sent using Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.alphalink.com.au for an unknown reason. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

I have checked the SMTP and POP3 settings and all appears correct.

Incoming emails appear ok.
