I've been with tpg for over 2016 I've never had major issues with my internet connection, I moved at the start of the year, from one apartment,(that had no issues with internet connection and speed) to another apartment in the same building that now has internet drop outs 4-5 times a week, sometimes multiple times in one day and sometimes lasting hours on end, each time I'm checking to see if there's an outage or any reports of outages in my area, even asking neighbours ( with various internet companies ) if they are having issues and they aren't. I've updated the modem, checked and cleaned the NBN access point changed cables. What else can I do to stop the connection from droppings.
is this my modem having issues or is this tpg failing to supply a consistent service?

- same plan for over 3 years
im at my wits end and thinking of finding a different company for my nbn service
