The internet has been terrible and keeps dropping out on all my devices every 2 minutes and then i will need to turn it on and off for it to work for another 2 minutes and repeat. Extremely disappointed as i was told upgrading the plan will solve this issue and it has not and it's been months since i've had stable internet.

We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.
Your modem/router shows that it's been stable for more than 4 days now.
If you are using a WiFi connection, then signal interference may have caused the issue.
