I deleted a full txt message conversation with another mobile phone, by mistake! Am I able to retrive it and how???

Appriciate any suggestions "how" to retrive.

If your mobile phone messaging app has a trash folder, you can check this folder to see if the deleted message is still there.

checked, no trash folder. can i contact the provider and ask if they somehow keep record what was sent/received to a particuler number??? thank you kindly for your revious respond.

You may check with your current mobile provider to see if they keep this.
