NBN 100 Slow Speed

Im under the TPG XL Bundle 100

but im getting these slow speeds since last night i thought it would get better today.
ive restarted my modem (huawei hg659) countless of times today but still no luck

before im getting faster speeds but now its like im on a lower plan and plus im getting disconnection / dropout issues from time to time like it gets dropped out now, im able to play for 15~20 mins drops out again and repeats the process 5~10 times before its gets stable. i need help here ASAP
