over the last 6 months, and more so in the last 3 weeks my NBN keeps dropping out, it happens maybe 20 times a day, it's making working from home very challenging as I need to hotspot from my mobile. it happens for about 20 seconds or so each time, generally it's worse in the morning.
I really need some help with this
We checked the account and it shows that the modem/router connection has been stable for more than a month now.
You may need to give the modem/router a quick rest for it to perform well.
Just turn it off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
Once done, check your connection and if your devices are connected via WiFi, then to improve your home network, try the troubleshooting on our articles.

it's dropped out 5 times already today - mid meeting - connection lost.
I have turned everything on and off - it makes no difference.
it works great, super fast, then it just stops
it keeps happening day after day.
