Hi my NBN has been constantly dropping out for the last 2 days. It is very annoying and difficult.
I have the fastest TPG plan but the connection is incredibly unstable. My work is done online so this is causing lots of issues for me. Please assist.

TPG opened a ticket for me a couple of days ago #10426305 to send a technician to fix the issue.
The technician came just an hour ago 18.04.2020.
He did some things to the modem and connection.
He said that everything was on OK on his side and that if something happened it was TPG.
I have had one drop out since he left!

I am paying for NBN100 Expecting 95 Download and 35-40Upload.

The speedtest you should run is to our servers (NBN or TPG) in Australia, if you run speedtest to overseas servers (like US or Europe) the speed will difers as it depends of the network in transit.
Could you confirm if your service is up?
If you can advice how many green lights the TPG modem has at the moment?

and please call me, this is ridiculous, I was better off when I was paying less... now that I am paying more the internet is horribly unstable... the technician has already come and NOTHING has happened! please you are not answering phone calls, you are not calling back, and it seems that I cannot get help through this forum, please!
