NBN Drop outs

Hi Team,
Have some real annoying problems with my service of late. I am getting constant drop outs of my internet service and it’s causing problems with my VPN n/w. I reset the router/modem and it comes back for a while then drops out again not long after.

I've managed to find your account using your Community details and checked the status of your connection. Based on the remote tests, your router appears to be connected for almost 2days now which is an indication of a stable line. 

How are your devices connected normally? Were you able to check if your connection drops via LAN connection?
