NBN - No data connection

I live in Auchenflower, qld 4066. We are consistently experiencing a drop out between 11am and 12pm everyday.

I have checked all the wires and turned the modem off and on again.

We also experienced random dropouts but they usually resolve themselves after a few minutes (this is also not great).

The modem is sending a signal but there is no data connection.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages.

In your case, the issue has been raised to our wholesale partner NBN Co. and they are working on sending a technician to fix the issue.
