NBN drop-outs

Hi,
Since about 12pm yesterday my TPG NBN keeps dropping out intermittently every 10 or so minutes, 3136 Croydon South. I have done all the standard checks in accordance with the TPG staff over the phone but it continues to happen. Please assist
