No not getting an error message but when Outlook shows the send/receive message & it shows how many messages I should receive, it I don't receive them all I know to go into Tpg Post Office to see the remainder. Your email is a case in point. It didn't appear in Outlook but just in the TPGPO

You may need to check the Sync Settings of the email client and make sure its turn on and on real-time sync mode.
I do not have information on how to check or turn on the Sync Settings of Outlook I would recommend to search on how to proceed with this Outlook Mail troubleshooting.
