So, I got notified today by my monitoring system that one of our links was down. Went out to the site to find that the cable NBN was down. Did all the normal things - restarted the modem and the router etc. Still not coming up - 2 of the 4 lights not on.
So, call TPG - recorded message directing me to the chat. Chat 'too busy'. Been trying for about an hour now, don't even get on the queue.
Another bad support experience to add to all the others from TPG.
Thanks, I did try that and had no sucess. After pushing the chat button for about 20 minutes I finally go through and it has been escalated to engineering - just waiting to hear back from them.
