NBN link down and unable to get onto support

So, I got notified today by my monitoring system that one of our links was down. Went out to the site to find that the cable NBN was down. Did all the normal things - restarted the modem and the router etc. Still not coming up - 2 of the 4 lights not on. So, call TPG - recorded message directing me to the chat. Chat 'too busy'.
