I've located your account using your Community details and has conducted line tests.
Currently, the results does not show a physical issue with the line outside that would affect your internet services.
Can you please run a speedtest at http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/ or www.speedtest.net and provide us a screenshot of the result? We'd like to investigate on this further.
Furthermore, can you please confirm how many devices are connected to your modem and are they all connected via WiFi?
