No Global roaming connection

We have communicated numerous times in relation to this topic.
1) I have no access to my mobile accounts this has been raised with support I have spent over 1 hour on the phone with the support trying to fix this. Nothing.
2) I am therefore unable to top anything up. Also as I am sure my accounts are postpay I cannot understand why I need to top anything up

Hi,

 

You can manage your international roaming by logging in your TPG Mobile number on TPG My Account. Existing and new TPG Mobile customers that are on the SIM Only plans can activate international roaming using this and this will be in Pay As You Go option. You get to decide how much you want to top up.
