Get online support

No NBN for more than a week.

Seeking an update on when my NBN is expected to be working again.
Currently have had no internet since 6/9/23. NBN site says it is being looked at. When I rang TPG they stated NBN would attend by Tuesday 12/9.
We are now at 14/9 with no update. NBN had updated saying it would be resolved by 13/9, site has now updated with no date. Next door neighbour has NBN currently working so it is not a street issue.

When will this be fixed, I'm currently paying for a service I can't use. May have to start looking at an alternative provider as all i get is apologies for the inconvenience this has caused but no resolution.
