Hello i am doseok shin

Yesterday a technician came and fixed the internet and it still does not work. Rather I bought a FREEDOM public internet, but it does not work since the technician fixed it.
I am very uncomfortable and irritable because I have paid all the money, but the other internet cables are still broken.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

It seems like you have already spoken to one of our Engineers yesterday and that you were able to confirm that the service is working. I also ran a test and I can see that the connection has been up for 13 hours already.
