No internet connection

I’ve had no internet for almost a week now I’ve attempted to contact tpg via several options to no avail. I am reliant upon my internet for work and also I have a child who has a disability and he uses it often. School starts back on the 27th and my daughter has three assignments due that day but she can’t do them as we have no internet. I have made a complaint to the necessary channels and if my internet is not restored ASAP I will be canceling my service and so will the rest of my family
