Get online support
I am not able to send emails. I can receive them. I logged on to the tpg post office to send emails from there but it is saying I am trying to send to an unrecognisable email address. Not being able to send emails has happened 1 month ago and about every 6 months before that. Very frustrating. I am also receiving a lot of SPAM emails. I have changed my password, still can not send emails. I have also downloaded the TPG app onto my phone and that is not letting my sign in, it is saying I have used the incorrect password.
