TPG has no mobile network coverage in parts of Fairfield Brisbane Qld 4103. It is hard to believe only 3.5km from Brisbane CBD there is a network black spot.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon, otherwise I will be going to a more reliable provider.
We'd like to check on this further and see what we can do to improve the coverage in your area.

Are you in the same area of Fairfield Brisbane 4103? Could you send us your details (Customer ID/Mobile number) also include the screenshot of the reception you can get in the rea.
