Not able to send private messages

Hi,

I need a help with my frimware upgrade for my Archer TP-Link VR1600v modem.

Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

I know that I need to send a private message including my TPG username.

But when I view moderators profiles I don't see a button for sending private message like the tutorial shows 

Can you please help me?

Actuall no need to bother my question as I just leveled up to level 2 and now I can see the button.

Hi, can you advise what is the answer to the original question please.

I also can't send Direct Messages, no option appears to be able to do it.

The tuturial is incorrect for me... there is no option.
