Do you get to the login screen?
Do you get to enter your username and password or do you get disconnected before that?
When you get the shown error message, could you provide an image of the whole browser window, including the adrress bar.
Let us help and raise this to our Accounts Specialists Team to check the status of your Account Log-in and E-mail. Could you shoot us a PM with your details.

We were waiting for your reply via private message, but we did not receive any response to verify the account and progress the case.
There's an escalated case to our Engineering team, but we are not sure if we are looking at the correct account to proceed.
