Not receiving optus text messages

I noticed that this problem has been posted on TPG community previously; not sure of solution however. I am not receiving text messages from people on optus network. Telstra and vodaphone networks are ok; just optus.  Can someone shed some light on this issue.. Thanks

I have the same problem, and though I have reported it to Optus several times, it keeps happening. It used to be just problems with MMS but now it’s with regular text messages as well. I’m about ready to change provider because of this.
