Online chat ending by the agent

It’s been very annoying that the chat has a queue and waiting for about an hour or so in the queue and to be chat ended by agent.

I need to know if the connection is going to go ahead, and when I will internet at my house, as I have never done the moving home online.

And especially when we have to work from home and used up all the mobile data.
