The update may restore the email client to its default settings we recommend to check the email configuration settings and post the screenshot on this thread to better understand the situation.
Also, please test the email using our post office, https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice.

I have just updated my phone to Samsung A71 and am unable to access my Outlook email. My TPG email is not being accepted, it seems, because of a domain issue.
