One star. Inefficient service. Spent more time transferring me around departments and holding the line than finding a solution. I hung up. Not solutions focused. Poor performance. I have been a longtime cutomer. That doesn't seem to matter anymore. The trending service culture, which begins from the top down, makes it difficult to recommend your company. Lucky there's plenty of competition at competitive prices. Goodbye. It's been a smooth 20 years until recently.
