Post office is slow.

Slow to open ,slow to open email ,send or trash emails.very frustrating .Please help.Everythig else on computer is ok re speed (including gmail).Thank you

Kindly confirm if you try a different browser or clear the cache, cookies and browsing history of your current web browser. If not, please do so to see if it will make a difference. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks  Angeli,have tried diff browser and also cleared browsing history ,made minor difference .Still incredibly slow ,its slow on my phone too.What next please

For email issues, we recommend to raise this directly to our postmaster, you may send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au for real-time test and investigation. Ensure to include your Customer ID, TPG E-mail address and a brief summary of the issue/s.
