Hi there TPG Community,
I am having trouble sending emails in the last two-three days from my MS Outlook on my Laptop.
This error is the message I get:
Server error: '550 5.7.1 Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged
I have successfully logged into my TPG Mailbox and I can send email without problems.
Additionally, I can send and receive emails without problems from my iPhone.
I'm receiveing all my emails into my MS Outlook on my Laptop - it's only 'Sent' Mail that is the problem.
Is it simply a case of changing my Password on my TPG Mailbox account?
Will the Password reset fix the problem?
Before I do the Password change, grateful for any suggestions as to how to fix the problem, please?
