Service dropouts

Live in Bellbowrie 4070 in Qld. Have had tpg for quite sometime. Since late 2021, daily drop outs which can last days have occurred. Also live in poor optus coverage and have a medical emergency pager at premises.

Have also tried multiple power points, and telephone points to no avail. My son has tried a 3rd party modem which also did not connect.
Using a TPG Huawei modem which has no ADSL OR WAN lights.
