Slow downloading speed

I have recently joined TPG last month on nbn100 but I am experiencing slow downloading speed. TPG tells me always my downloading speed is above 90 mbps but my playstation always tells it’s below 50 mbps. Now I am downloading update for modern warfare on my ps4 and I am just getting 400 kbps. Update size is 31 gb and It’s 21 hours left for downloading. I don’t know why this is happening. Disappointing

Sorry to tell you but its not TPG.
The PlayStation network has always been notoriously slow. Especially when a big game has a massive update.
Also the speed test in the PlayStation settings is never right. Open up a web browser on your PlayStation and go to https://www.speedtest.net/ it will show you the real speed.

By the way I'm waiting in the same download lol
