Our modem has developed a yellow patch that is extremely hot to touch. It has always been situated in a well ventilated, smoke and dust-free location. We reboot it regularly as we have frequent NBN outages and occasional slow speeds. Worried this could be a fire risk -- can you help us with a replacement please?
