Hi TPG,
Please be informed that your chat support not working. It only allows to send one message as a start of the conversation and no options at all to send more messages or reply from my end. I want to disconnect my TPG services as I've moved out from my previous address and been waiting for a week to get a reply back from a support staff. Finally I've got a response today from a support staff after a long period of waiting and when they asked me for my contact details etc, no options of responding to their query. It's so frustrating!!!! Please fix your system!!!
