TPG NBN Down Marleston 5033

My internet connectivity is down since 9:30 pm tonight. It doesn't appear to be part of an outage as I have gone to the website and checked under my address. There's no planned maintenance.

I have tried calling TPG but to no avail. I need this fixed asap!

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the

troubleshooting steps indicated on this link : https://www.tpg.com.au/support/nbn-hfc-cable/problems_connect_internet_nbn_hfc

 

In your case, the issue has been raised to NBN Co. and it appears to be resolved now.
