Hi there,
I was wondering if someone from backend tech support could please kindly look into my NBN connection. It's 10am in the morning and I'm experiencing constant dropouts along with random packet losses. The NBN connection was completely fine up until probably the last 3 months when this has become a constant issue. Nothing has been changed hardware/software wise on my end, so I strongly suspect this is an issue at the backend.

Hi Basil, I'm not connected via WiFi, rather I'm connected via a wired connection at home.
The modem/router shows that it's been stable for more than 2 days now.
