TPG NBN dropping out late night and early morning

Hi all, my internet keeps dropping out at regular intervals, once around 10 pm and again early morning before I go to work on weekdays. I figured out that I may be linked to the NBN exchange at Edwardstown, SA. Has anyone been experiencing the same thing? Do we have a timeline on when all this maintenance work will finish?
