Since last week having alot of trouble with the internet…. Internet keeps dropping out constantly through out the day which is not helpful and internet will back on for a 5-10min and again drops out Have tried to call technical support but unable to connect due to as they said high volume of calls …

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connections drops out?

 

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection?

Light will blink and it will go off. And we are using wifi.
