Hi team,
My ADSL stopped working, it's being 3Weeks now and all efforts to chat or call tpg hasn't been successful.

Hi Veronicaehizua,

 

Basic troubleshooting.

Do you have dialtone (ADSL) on your phone?

Have you check if the modem is powered?.

Which lights are green on the modem?

Level 2
ADSL line still dial out and on the modem instead of 4 lights only 3 lights and I have reboot it several times but still the 4th light not on.
