It is possible an isolated case, I tried to check our post office it works fine. Are you still having the same issue? Please try to access this URL: https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice.

@Shane . Not an isolated case. After 30 hours, you happened to find it working ok. Seems to happen at least once a day for maybe 30 to 60 minutes. The web server either recovers itself or someone notices the problem and restarts it. I'm pretty sure the user was using the proper URL. Why would they have changed it?
The URL you quote is one of several used during Post Office access.
