Unable to receive or send emails

I unable to send or receive emails. It was working fine before I turned my computer off but sine restarting I get the message below.

 

Message Error is;

"Peer using unsupported version of security protocol.

The configeration related to smpt.tpg.com.au must be corrected.

We'd like to help you in resolving this issue, however, the information that you've given is incomplete.

 

Could you please provide us the email client that you are using? Also, what are the troubleshooting that you've done so far? Are you using your TPG email or a different email address?

 

We'd like to analyze this further in order to provide a permanent resolution.
