Hi I see there are numerous threads regarding this issue.
nothing has worked for me, i have changed my password and deleted and reinstalled my account.
the issue happens on tpg wifi and also when using mobile data.
my post office works fine to send emails.
I have tried all he settings suggested in previous posts.
Hi @dbrown78, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID and the email address you're having issue with. Please also send a screenshot of your device Mail Server Settings so we can double check.
