Just as my question asks: when will The Messaging Company be in touch with us to advise of charges?
I also want to express my disappointment that you are ditching us. I am really angry about this and feel let down by TPG.
But I would like to know how to get in contact with The Messaging Company, when can we expect to hear from them and what they are going to do to make this transition seamless?

When you opt to transfer to The Messaging Company, we’ll cover any costs until September 2024. TMC will provide more information about service costs within 60 days of any pricing changes, and we know that they intend to provide services at little to no cost, through to premium services.
