Why has it taken all week for emergency maintenance????

Since Monday I've been getting daily messages saying NBNco is starting emergency work in my street as well as receiving contradictory messages saying the problem is fixed....It's NOT!!!. I'm hotspotting my Telstra mobile for my 4 kids & I to work because of your failures. Not a happy customer!!!

I'm currently suffering from the same sort of situation..... their customer service and tech support have not been helpful at all...... also an unhappy customer
