cannot add attachments to outgoing email in tpg

have same problem as other community members. unable to add attachments to outgoing emails. I get error  code 

Error occurred uploading attachment: /index.php/mail/composemessage/addattachment/composeID/uid7c85cc7712.

please have this fixed

I have this problem as well, even with very small attachments.

Have rung the helpline twice and been told I will be contacted "later in the day" still waiting 2 days later! Has anyone has success resolving this problem?

Finally got a call, the problem results from a Google update, loged in via Firefox, and was able to upload attachments.
