I am having serious issues that is poor connection and lots of drop out. Very problematic when working from home. Impossible to get help from TPG. I have started using an ethernet cable, but do you have wifi on while using ethernet cable? Please help!

Your computer should automatically use the wired ethernet connection when you connect your computer to the LAN port of your modem. WiFi should not have to be turned on.
If you are still getting drop outs try going to https://www.tpg.com.au/support/contact and chatting to tech support who will be able to test your connection and raise your issue to NBN if nessarsary.
