email unable to be sent from TPG to one email address that used to work OK

Hello 

I cannot send to any email address @hardiagedcare.com.au - that worked about 3 months ago now. 

I have been in touch with TPG previously, and the hardi group, and still I cannot send emails from any TPG account to Hardi. 

See attached screen shot of setup and rejection email. I can send from gmail but not TPG????

Are you able to send out emails from TPG to a different Email address like @gmail, etc.?

Have you tried sending emails to @hardiagedcare.com.au via TPG Post Office?
