email will not send and get error message Ox800CCCOE

get error message - error Ox800CCCOE Outlook cannot synchronoze subscribed folders for .........@icloud.com.  Error - cannot connect to the server.  

 

Also getting pop up message asking for user name and password for server P10-SMPT.MAIL.ME.COM

 

how can I fix this?

Welcome to the Community!

 

We understand that you are trying to sync a third party Email address to your Outlook. Were you able to contact Outlook support or your Mail account provider?

They need to check if the settings that you've entered is correct.

 

If you are having problems with your TPG account, please let us know.
