lost emails and folders from Outlook 2016

Can anyone hep me pease.

I have lost emails and folders from my outlook account.

I have a handful of emails still left from 2016 but then nothing until 2020.

My outlook account aso told me i had 350 unread emails which was not true as i had already read them prior to this glitch. TPG say its Microsofts issue and Microsoft say its a TPG issue. Can anyone pease help me relocate the missing emails and folders please.
