Hello, 

Both my husband and I are receiving the following message; 

 

mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

 

'This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

 

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

 

  xxxxxx@tpg.com.au

    host asav.tpg.com.au [27.32.32.10]

    SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<xxxxxx@tpg.com.au> SIZE=3037:

    553 Envelope sender <xxxxxxx@tpg.com.au> rejected" 

 

We can both send within the tpg post office, but are getting the failure message through Outlook. We both run a primary and alias through tpg  - Interestingly this has happened to both our accounts at the same time.  Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks
