Hi

Over the last month or so  I am experiencing problems accessing TPG webmail ; either access is impossible or extremely slow .....  when slow the error is  .... sever error : Connection closed ..

Before one says  --- it must be at the user end  (ie   me)   ... I have to point our that it does not matter whether I use wifi  or  a mobile network  .....   all extremely frustrating   . for instance I nearly lossed a contract that required   a digital signature  because I could not access my TPG webmail;

Any suggestions welcome before moving to another provider

Ciao  W

Hi @wilja ,

I am sad to learn that you're considering to cancel the service because of the email issue

For any email related concern we suggest to raise this directly to postmaster to get realtime update you may send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au.

If you wish to proceed with the service cancellation, send me your account details (Username/Customer Id together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time, we will arrange one of our Account Specialists to contact you to provide details of service termination.

How do I private message (PM) in the community

Regards,

Hi Shane,

Thanks for checking.

FYI  access to webmail is still slow  , even after reducing the number of emails in my inbox
(a suggestion I found on Dr Google).

I did not reply to your earlier email because

1) no suggestions to remediate the issue were made

2) instead the onus was put on me (the customer) to resolve the issue by contacting TPG via postmaster

or to terminate the service

Especially, the "cavalier attitude"  (ie saying : "take it or leave it")  of the latter was dissapointing after many  ... many   years of being a customer of TPG.

Cést la vie  .....

Regards,

Willem

I apologise, you feel that way. We suggest to contact the postmaster directly as we do not have the access to perform a troubleshooting with the issue affecting the e-mail.
