3 week and still no internet.

So its been 3 weeks now and no matter how i try or call, i still cant get a NBNco tech or a TPG tech out to my house. I have no internet. Im paying extra for data off my phone cause my kids have school and tpg wouldnt even make me break contract although they are not supplying internet. I NEED A TECHNICIAN HOW HARD IS IT TO SEND ONE OUT!!!!!
